Sara Fuller, a licensed school counselor and registered licensed professional counselor (LPC) intern, is an innovative thought leader in the field of mindful counseling. She incorporates meditation, yoga, brain science and emotional regulation in her work with children, teens, young adults and families. Sara supports youth and staff in identifying and managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelming/uncomfortable emotions. She helps children, teens and their families cultivate a mindfulness practice as a tool to strengthen their present-moment awareness or their thoughts, feelings, and actions which can lead to increased self-regulation and well-being.
